Field organizing is the lifeblood of political campaigns and provides hands-on experience across all aspects of an electoral operation. Field Organizers recruit and manage volunteers, conduct direct voter contact, and support core campaign functions including fundraising, communications, and data management. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills while making a direct impact on the democratic process.

Ability to speak with voters, community members and stakeholders in a compelling manner

Organization and Attention to detail

Commitment to campaign values

Strong technological skills

Ability to work independently while also chipping into team targets

Preferred but not required:

Previous campaign experience

Knowledge of voter contact software

Salary:

$3,800 per month

This is a full-time position which may require work outside of regular business hours. This position may also require working outdoors for periods of time and/or long periods walking.
